With 15 years+ experience in the microelectronics industry I am also available as a consultant / contractor for short and long term projects plus where temporary additional resources are required. Experienced in die bonding, wire bonding, vacuum reflow, soldering, 3D CAD design plus microscopy and metrology.

Former microelectronics Process Engineer and former Palomar Technologies & SST Vacuum Reflow Systems OEM trained Applications and Field Service Engineer.

I am a Professionally Registered Engineering Technician (EngTech) with the Engineering Council UK and Technician Member of the Institute of Engineering & Technology (TMIET).
